We match modules using the number on your appliance’s rating plate. Each manufacturer labels it differently – check below what to look for on your appliance, then enter that number in the search.
Bosch, Siemens, Neff – E-Nr
Look for the E-Nr on the rating plate, e.g. WAU28PHSPL/01. Copy it including the digits after the slash – we will program the module for your E-Nr.
Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi – PNC
Look for the PNC (Product Number Code) – nine digits, e.g. 914 535 123. Sometimes it is followed by two more digits (e.g. 01) – you can leave these out. The rating plate also shows the Model and S/N, but the PNC is the most reliable for choosing a module.
Whirlpool, Indesit, Hotpoint, Bauknecht – I.C.
Look for the 12-digit I.C. code, e.g. 859991607790. Next to it you will also find the model name (e.g. BDE861483XWUKN) – our search recognises both.
Where the rating plate is
Washing machine
On the inside of the door or around the rim of the drum opening.
Dishwasher
On the side edge of the door – open it and look at the left or right edge.
Tumble dryer
Inside the door or on the frame of the drum opening.
Fridge
Inside the fridge compartment, usually on the side wall next to the vegetable drawers.
Oven and hob
Oven: on the frame of the oven cavity, visible when the door is open. Hob: on the underside of the casing.
Number on the module
If the module has already been removed, you will find a sticker with a number on the circuit board (often with a barcode). You can enter this number in the search too. Bear in mind, though, that the same module is often programmed for different models – so always give us the number from the appliance’s rating plate as well.
Can’t find it?
Send us a photo of the rating plate and the module sticker via the contact form – we will choose the module for you.
