How do I know the module will fit?
Every module has a list of compatible appliance models, OEM numbers and the number from the sticker on the circuit board. Enter the model number from the rating plate, or the number from the sticker on your old module, in the search – we will show only what fits. If in doubt, contact us before you buy.
What is the difference between a new, a refurbished and a used module?
New (OEM) is an original module from the appliance manufacturer or its supplier. Refurbished is an original module in which we have replaced worn components and which has been tested on our test bench. Used, tested comes from another appliance and works correctly. The condition is always stated on the product page.
Does the module need to be programmed?
On some appliances (including Bosch, Siemens, Electrolux, AEG and Miele) the control module has to be matched to the specific model. Enter your appliance model in the basket or in the order notes – we will check this before shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all European Union countries. You will see the delivery cost and time in the basket once you have selected your country.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on a working day before 2 pm are shipped the same day. Delivery within Poland usually takes 1–2 days, and to other EU countries 2–5 working days.
Can I return a module?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. In addition, if the module does not fit the model stated in the description, we will accept a return within 30 days and cover the postage. The module must not show any signs of damage or modification.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, including reverse-charge invoices for businesses in other EU countries with a valid EU VAT number.
How do I replace a module safely?
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and wait a few minutes for the capacitors to discharge. Take a photo of the connected wires before unplugging them. Many modules come with a replacement guide. If you are not confident working with electronics, have the replacement done by a technician.
