Washing machine not responding to the buttons, dishwasher stopping mid-programme, an error code on the display? The electronic module is often to blame – and you don’t always need a new one. Many module faults can be repaired: burnt-out relays, damaged power supply components, cracked solder joints on connectors or water damage.
How it works
- Request. Fill in the form below: appliance brand and model, the number from the module sticker, symptoms and error code.
- Initial assessment. We usually reply within one working day – we will tell you whether a repair makes sense or suggest a module from our range.
- Sending the module. Once you confirm, we will give you the address. Send only the module, without the appliance, well packed in antistatic film or an ordinary bag and a cardboard box.
- Diagnosis and quote. We check the module and give you the repair cost. We repair nothing without your consent.
- Repair and return. We send the repaired module back to you by courier.
When a repair makes sense
- the module was working and stopped after a storm, power surge or water damage,
- the appliance won’t start or restarts during the programme,
- a single function (e.g. heating, pump, motor) doesn’t work although the component itself is fine,
- the module is unusual or hard to get new.
If the module has burnt tracks or a damaged main processor, a module from our range is usually the better value – we will tell you straight away.
