Returns and complaints

Note: this is a translation. The Polish version is legally binding.

Returns within 14 days

Bought a module and want to return it? You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to do so – without giving a reason.

  • Send us notice of your withdrawal from the contract at poczta@as-corp.pl. The order number and the sentence “I withdraw from the contract” are enough. You can also use the form below.
  • Send the module back within 14 days to: ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice
  • Pack the module in the antistatic bag you received it in and protect the parcel well.
  • We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your notice – using the same payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until the module reaches us or you show us proof of postage.

You pay the cost of sending the module back – unless the module does not fit even though we confirmed before purchase that it fits your model. In that case we will also refund the cost of sending it back.

The module should show no signs of soldering, water damage or mechanical damage. The buyer is liable for any reduction in the module’s value resulting from such use.

Modules programmed for a specific model (marked as such on the product page) are configured before shipping for the model on your rating plate. Such a module cannot be returned without giving a reason – so please check the model before buying, and contact us if in doubt. You can always make a complaint if the module does not work.

Complaints – the module does not work

Before making a complaint, please check that the module is connected correctly and that the fault is not caused by another component (e.g. the motor, heating element or a sensor). We will be glad to help you find out.

  • Email poczta@as-corp.pl: give your order number, describe the problem (ideally with the error code) and tell us what you would like – repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
  • We will reply within 14 days – usually much sooner.
  • If we ask you to send the module back, we will pay the postage for the goods under complaint.

We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for 2 years from receipt, or 1 year for used modules. You will find details in the Terms and conditions.
