§ 1. General provisions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for purchases in the ReFlash online shop available at https://reflash.pl/en (the Shop) and the rules for using the electronic module repair service.
The seller and service provider is: AS CORP P.S.A, ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice, NIP: 6343038548, KRS 0001101996.
Contacting the Seller: email poczta@as-corp.pl, telephone +48 797 347 025, postal address: ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice.
These terms and conditions are made available free of charge on the Shop’s website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed.
§ 2. Definitions
- Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit that uses the Shop.
- Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly connected with their business or professional activity.
- Sole trader with consumer rights – a natural person running a sole proprietorship who concludes a contract directly connected with that business, where the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for them (in particular in view of the business activity entered in the Polish business register CEIDG). Such a person has the Consumer rights described in § 8 and § 9.
- Goods – an electronic module for home appliances offered in the Shop. On the page for each item of Goods we state its condition: new, refurbished (checked and repaired by the Seller) or used.
- Repair service – the repair of an electronic module supplied by the Customer.
§ 3. Technical requirements
To use the Shop you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with cookies enabled and an active email address.
The Customer is prohibited from supplying content of an unlawful nature.
§ 4. Placing orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. To place an order, the Customer adds Goods to the basket, provides the details needed to fulfil the order, chooses the delivery and payment method, accepts these terms and conditions and confirms the order using a button indicating an obligation to pay.
Before placing the order, the Customer can see the total price of the Goods, the delivery cost and all other charges.
After placing the order, the Customer receives an email confirming that it has been accepted. The contract of sale is concluded when this message is received.
In the “Appliance model” field the Customer may enter the model of their appliance. We will then check whether the ordered module fits it and will contact the Customer before shipping if we have any doubts.
§ 5. Prices and payment
Prices in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT). The delivery cost is shown separately in the basket before the order is placed.
The available payment methods are described on the Delivery and payment page. Online payments are handled by an external payment provider.
If paying by ordinary bank transfer, the Customer should pay within 3 working days of placing the order. After this period the order may be cancelled.
When a price is reduced, the Shop also shows the lowest price of the Goods in the 30 days before the reduction was introduced.
§ 6. Delivery
The Shop ships Goods to the countries listed on the Delivery and payment page.
Goods in stock are usually shipped within 1 working day of the payment being received (for cash on delivery, which is available only for deliveries within Poland – from the time the order is placed). The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and the destination country.
The Customer should inspect the parcel on receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please complete a damage report with the carrier – this helps resolve the matter quickly, but is not a condition for making a complaint.
§ 7. Choosing and fitting the module
The module should be chosen according to the appliance model on the rating plate (e.g. E-Nr, PNC, Model) and the number on the sticker on the module. We explain how to find them on the Where do I find my model number? page. We are happy to help you choose – just contact us before you buy.
Fitting the module requires disconnecting the appliance from the electricity and water supply. We recommend that the module is fitted by a person with the appropriate skills. The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from fitting carried out contrary to safety rules – to the extent that this is not excluded by mandatory provisions of law.
§ 8. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which they received the Goods. It is sufficient to send a statement before this period expires, e.g. by email to poczta@as-corp.pl. The model form on the Returns and complaints page may be used, but this is not obligatory.
The Consumer sends the Goods back to ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods, except in the situation described in the last paragraph of this section.
The Seller refunds all payments, including the cost of delivery to the Consumer (up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered), within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method as the Consumer used, unless the Consumer agrees to a different one. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the Goods or proof that they have been sent back.
The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return the module in the antistatic packaging in which it was delivered, without signs of soldering or mechanical damage.
If, before the purchase, the Seller confirmed that the module fits the appliance model given by the Customer and the module nevertheless does not fit, the Seller also covers the cost of returning the Goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to modules marked on the Goods page as programmed for a specific model, which the Seller has configured (programmed) before shipping on the basis of the appliance model provided by the Customer, because they are made to the Consumer’s specifications (Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act – ustawa o prawach konsumenta). The Customer is informed of this on the Goods page before placing the order. This does not limit the rights relating to lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract (§ 9).
§ 9. Complaints – lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the Goods with the contract in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act for 2 years from delivery of the Goods. For used Goods this period is 1 year, of which we inform the Customer on the Goods page before purchase.
A complaint may be made by email to poczta@as-corp.pl or in writing to ul. Uniwersytecka 13, 40-007 Katowice. Please state the order number, a description of the problem and your request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract).
The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. Failure to respond within this period means that the complaint is accepted.
In the event of lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract, the Consumer may request repair or replacement. If repair and replacement are impossible or the Seller refuses to carry them out, the Consumer may declare a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (withdrawal is not available where the lack of conformity is minor).
With respect to Customers who are neither Consumers nor Sole traders with consumer rights, the Seller’s liability under the statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded, unless the parties agree otherwise.
§ 10. Module repair service
Repair requests are accepted via the form on the Module repair page. After submitting a request, the Customer receives instructions for sending the module.
After receiving and checking the module, we send the Customer a quote. We carry out the repair only once the quote has been accepted. If the Customer does not accept the quote, we return the module; the cost of diagnosis and return is stated in the instructions before the module is sent.
We provide a guarantee on the repair for the period stated in the quote. It does not cover damage arising from causes other than the repaired fault, in particular power surges, water damage or mechanical damage.
§ 11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use the free assistance of a Polish municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów) or of consumer organisations, and may also apply to the competent provincial inspectorate of the Polish Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for mediation. Information is available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
Customers from other European Union countries may contact the European Consumer Centre in their country for assistance.
§ 12. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy policy.
§ 13. Final provisions
Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms and conditions. This choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
The Seller may amend these terms and conditions for important reasons (e.g. changes in legislation, payment methods or delivery methods). Orders placed before the change are governed by the terms and conditions in their previous wording.
These terms and conditions apply from 25 October 2026 r.
